New 2015-2016 Erin Condren Life Planner Lookbook and Review
With much anticipation, the new 2015-2016 Erin Condren Life Planner arrived last Saturday to do a review and to share with the much eager planner community, as we wait for the June 9th planner launch. Over the last couple of months, Erin Condren gave us sneak peeks of some of the new changes to the Life Planner and I'll show you a few of them. There isn't a doubt that the biggest change to the planner is the cleaner and more chic color scheme and the vertical and horizontal planner layouts.
One of the first changes that I noticed that i just LOVE is the much larger coil for the 18-month planner. Shown on top is the new planner and below is my current 2014-2015 18-month planner. With so many amazing Esty sticker shops that compliment the ECLP, it really adds a lot of bulk and a larger coil is much needed.
Here a few examples of the cleaner layout. The top planner is the 2014-2015 version. It was very busy, colorful, and had some unnecessary quotes that took away space.
A new option in the ECLP is the new horizontal layout. This layout is great if you prefer not to break down your daily schedule and routine into the 3-box vertical layout.
The color scheme is very neutral and beautiful, with a small space for addition notes and even a little box for a thankful thought or daily gratitude!
As always, the planner includes a Keep-it-together double sided folder, sticker sheets, and a clear zip pouch to hold additional planner accessories.
This year, Erin Condren included a few extra freebies for the planner, including Do-It-All-Dot stickers, compliment cards, a coil clip sample, and referral cards for family and friends.
I absolutely love the coil clips that Erin Condren introduced last year. It's simply an adhesive plastic tap that you can attach to an important notice, an invitation, photos, or even journaling cards. The clip easily snaps into the planner and can also be moved around the planner. The adhesive is very strong and is not removable, but this accessory allows you to add extra pages or important items to your planner.
Another new item available for your planner is the Designer sticker book, that features beautiful box stickers, pages flags, and foil stickers. She also has Keep It Together planner bands that are super stretchy and fit nicely over your planner to keep pages intact.
Of course a planner can't be complete without coloful pens and a pen holder! With a snap in case, you can take these beautiful pens with you for color coding and organizing your daily tasks. The adhesive pen holder is extremely convenient and very inexpensive, allowing you to purchas a pen holder for any new personalized covers!
When you order a Quick Ship planner, you will receive a coupon code to receive a personalized cover of your choice. With planner covers being interchangeable, the possibilites are endless and you're never stuck with just the same cover.
I hope these photos helped with making a decision on purchasing an Erin Condren Life Planner, whether you use it for planning, scrapbooking, for school, or even as a food/fitness tracker. The new lifeplanners will be available on the website Tuesday, June 9 at 8am PST. Below I posted a link to receive a $10 off coupon when you sign up to receive emails from Erin Condren. I recommend signing up for the emails, so you'll be the first to be notified about huge sales (which happens frequently), freebies, and new items.
